Invasion '53 World Premiere

On Saturday, we celebrated the world premiere of my directorial debut, Invasion '53, at the Oscar-qualifying Cinequest Film Festival. The audience reaction was great! Lots of laughs throughout. One of my goals with this film was to take the audience away from real life and provide fun and enjoyment for ten solid minutes, and that's what happened. It was very gratifying. After the screening, my producer Kurt Uebersax and I participated in a Q&A. We had a terrific experience at Cinequest and look forward to the rest of our festival run.
